Shipping

Yes, we serve throughout Pakistan.

The time it takes to deliver orders is usual between 3-5 working days. Delivery can be a bit late to distant locations.

Shipping fees (where applicable) are computed at the checkout and distinctly stated prior to confirmation of the orders.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number on how your delivery is going.

In exceptional situations of weather, transportation and national holidays, we will keep you updated and guide till delivery.

Payment

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer

Yes. Any online payment is done through sound and secure payment platforms.

Any extra fees (where necessary) are displayed clearly at the check-out.

Orders

All you need to do is choose the product of  your preference, add to cart, and check out by giving your delivery information.

It is only possible to modify or cancel orders before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Since perfumes are perishable, only if the product is incorrect, defective or is damaged during delivery, then it is subjected to exchange.

Please contact us within one hour of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Approved cases will be eligible for replacement.

  • Used or opened perfumes
  • Damaged products as a result of mishandling
  • Claims made after one hour of delivery
