The prices that are shown on our site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are liable to alteration at any time. Any applicable shipping charges or taxes will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

Orders & Confirmation
After the order has been placed, you will be sent an order confirmation by SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Shipment is not assured by order confirmation. We are allowed to cancel or not accept any order because of stock problems, wrong information, or suspected fraud.

Payments
Our payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment options as indicated on the site.

Shipping & Delivery
The estimated delivery timelines are subject to changes because of logistics, weather or public holidays. There are courier delays that are not within our control and are therefore not our responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges
Perfumes are not eligible to returns or exchanges unless the product that is received is damaged, defective or wrong. The claims should be reported within one hour of delivery with evident proof. Products that are used or those that are opened cannot be returned or exchanged.
